Terms & Conditions

1. For replacement and accidental damage guarantee:
   3 month guarantee for frame and lenses below MRF 2500
   6-month guarantee for frame and lenses above MRF 2500
2. Period of guarantee commences from the date of collection of the spectacles based on records from our store.
3. If we are unable to replace the same frame/lenses (due to unavailability), we reserve the right to substitute with a similar quality frame/lenses up to the same purchased price.
4. No refund will be given for a lower price replaced item. However you may choose a higher priced item and top up the difference.
5. Replacement guarantee does not cover lenses.
6. Damage due to misuse, wear and tear is not covered under the EYECARE guarantee.
7. Reciepts and identity card must be presented with this guarantee card for warranty to be effective.
8. The EYECARE guarantee takes no responsibility for any prescriptions, frames or lenses not provided/purchased from EYECARE.
9. EYECARE reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the EYECARE guarantee without prior notice.

Return Policy

Products purchased from EYECARE are non-refundable. However exchange can be made for another product of same or higher
value with the top up of the difference. Exchange can only be made within 3 days from the date of purchase.

To make the exchange, return the merchandise with its original casing/packaging accompanied with original receipt. All returned
merchandise must be in brand new condition. We do not accept merchandise that is broken, abused or scratched. The return
policy is applicable for frames and sunglasses only.


Cancellation of orders & Refund Policy

In the event of cancellation of any spectacle lenses that has already been cut for fitting, the price of the lens will be offset against
any deposit paid to EYECARE. If the deposit does not cover the lens price, the customer shall be liable for the remaining balance.
